The studios are located in the Newport and Jaydon buildings (on the sixth floor only). Act fast as there are only 10 studios available in all of Park Lane II.
Oriented to the east, these studios get a lot of light through the two large windows that open onto the Parkdreef.
The toilet is in the bathroom. They have a storage room for washing machine and storage and an underground cellar on level -1
Studios do not have a balcony or terrace, but by opening the windows a lot of sun, light and air can flow in.

1 BEDROOM:

21% of the buildings on Park Lane II are one bedroom apartments. You will find them in almost all buildings except Newport, Metropolitan or Rosehill.
The buildings along the lane have mostly units that are located on the east side. If you are looking for the southeast or southwest side, be sure to look at the Quincy and Pacific buildings.
Compact units of 65 m² on average have a toilet in the bathroom. The larger units above 70 m² usually have a toilet in the hallway.
All units have their own storage room for washing machine. Most units also have a cellar on level -1.
With a few exceptions, all one bedroom units have a nice terrace from 6 m² to 10 m².
