The succes of bundling creative forces
Gabari is always looking for new and innovative ways to reach real estate professionals. It’s great to have clients who are also open to innovation. A few months ago, we organized the “Cause & Effects” event with Nextensa, focused on AI and technology in the real estate sector.
When Sonja De Greef, Head of Sales & Marketing at Nextensa, mentioned the idea of producing an innovative video for Park Lane, we were immediately enthusiastic. Her idea of creating an inspiring mood video that stimulates all the senses was excellent. At Gabari, we are fans of integrating lifestyle elements into videos and going beyond simple 3D images.
We knew right away who we wanted to collaborate with to make this dream a reality: Uncanny, our favorite production house, took charge of the production.
We are very pleased with the result and grateful to Nextensa for giving us the opportunity to create such a unique video.

When a dream concept becomes reality
After drawing storyboards, exchanging inspiration images, and writing prompts to query artificial intelligence about the appearance of a dream world at Tour & Taxis… into rock formations of the Grand Canyon, through the eyes of master painter Van Gogh…
We then moved on to defining the character that best matched the Park Lane brand profile. Around 35 years old, internationally urban look, athletic, creative, city lover, vibrant, and preferably a dancer to bring dynamism to the images. The casting could begin.
For me, it was important that the USP of the Park Lane project be fully highlighted: an architectural residential neighborhood located in a green oasis in the city, with little traffic pollution, and biodiversity of fauna and flora. That is why we integrated flowers and butterflies.
As a marketer, my motto is to remain honest about the promise. Exaggerating towards a dream was allowed, as long as the reality could also be shown. That is why, for example, we left cranes on the construction site and showed the actual situation after the dream aspect at the end.

Innovation in images brought to life
The concept immediately sparked enthusiasm among everyone, and we knew we could create something unique: a dream world that is like a mirage, extending the values that Park Lane embodies as an architectural project.
Our creative process began with concept development. We worked closely together to validate our storyboards and ideas. An important step in this process was using AI to iterate quickly between different concepts. An image where the Tour & Taxis site was transformed into a dream world ultimately made the difference.
An important lesson we reaffirmed during this project is the importance of thorough pre-production. For a video with many visual effects, it is essential to carefully think through and plan each scene in advance. This allowed the filming and post-production to proceed smoothly, and the final result was exactly as we had imagined.
At Uncanny, we continue to strive to create unique and impactful visual experiences. This production for Park Lane is a great example of what is possible when creative minds and innovative companies come together.
Our collaboration was a perfect example of successful partnership. We also want to thank our production partners at 10AM, co-producer Wim Cochet and director of photography Alban Lebak, for their contributions.
